EzWayTM Mouse IgG Depletion Solution is designed for removing IgG from mouse serum or plasma. Mouse IgGs in the sample are bound by antibodies immobilized on a resin, which are pelleted by centrifugation. The IgG-depleted serum is recovered by simple pipetting. Typical depletions are more than 85% efficient for removing IgG from 10ul of serum in 20 ul of resin. It eliminates the need of expensive spin columns. 1. Resuspend the resin in the EzWay Mouse IgG Depletion Solution by vortexing. 2. After vortexing, transfer 80 ul of EzWay Mouse IgG Depletion Solution to a 0.5 ml microcentrifuge     tube and add 10 ul of sample immediately. Vortex gently. 3. Incubate the mixture at room temperature for 5 minutes. 4. Centrifuge the mixture at 10,000 x g for 1-2 minutes. 5. Carefully recover the supernatant using pipette without disturbing the pellet and transfer to a new     tube for your experiment.
