SPECIAL NOTE: Mab 4C11 is specific for independent constantly expressed epitope of kappa chain. Reacts with free monomer and dimer form of kappa chains. It does not react with intact kappa chain bearing immunoglobulins.
REACTIVITY: Specific antibody titer is 1/200,000 by indirect ELISA.
APPLICATION: Suitable for detection of kappa Bence-Jones proteins in ELISA.
Mab 4C11 can be used for immunoaffinity purification of light chains. It is useful also for coating and labeling.
