CLONE DETERMINATION: BRIC 203 was made in response to human erythrocytes. In haemagglutination tests, BRIC 203 reacts with Kp(a-b+) but not Kp (a+b-) erythrocytes. It does however agglutinate
Kp(a+b-C+) and Kp (a -b-c+) erythrocytes, and the antibody can be absorbed and eluted from such cells. It fails to react with Koerythrocytes. BRIC 203 supernatant specifically immunoprecipitated a component of 93kD from Kp(a-b+) but not Kp(a+b-) erythrocytes.
