CLINICAL APPLICATION/SPECIFICITY: Mab HNK-1 is reactive with NK cells and a subpopulation of T cells. Furthermore, HNK-1 labels the majority of neuroendocrine cells. In immunoblotting the antibody is directed against a 110 kD human lymphocyte cell surface antigen.
