Immunoassay
Antigen for immunization.
RECONSTITUTION (250 µg): When reconstituted with 200µl H20 dist, a final solution volume of 250 µl will contain 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 2mM DTT, 6M urea, 1mM EDTA with a protein concentration of 1mg/ml (according to Bradford protein determination)
RECONSTITUTION (100 µg): When reconstituted with 80µl H20 dist, a final solution volume of 100 µl will contain 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 2mM DTT, 6M urea, 1mM EDTA with a protein concentration of 1mg/ml (according to Bradford protein determination).
