CLINICAL APPLICATION/ SPECIFICITY: 2F11 recognizes the 68 kDa and 200kDa neurofilament speific polypeptide. The antibody is an excellent marker to differentiate neurofila ment polypeptide from other intermediate filament proteins. Pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma, ganglioneuroblastoma, ganglioneuroma and other tumors of neuronal origin are detected.
