REACTIVITY: All Mabs react with 45 Kd band corresponding to NSE in immunoblotting of human brain extracts. Specific antibody titer for all Mabs is 1/1000,000 by indirect ELISA.
APPLICATION: All Mabs are suitable for immunocytochemistry detection of NSE and for ELISA.
Mabs 5G10, 5A4 and 5E2 may be used for immunocytochemistry on formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections. Recommended dilution 1:100 - 1: 300. Optimal dilution must be determined by experiments.
CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative.
