CLINICAL APPLICATION/
SPECIFICITY: The antibody recognizes the nucleolar helicase protein NOH61 (61 kD), a constitutive nucleolar protein which has been highly conserved during evolution. NO-440 stains specifically the granular component of the nucleus in interphase cells. During mitosis the protein is localized accumulated around the condensed chromosomes.

WORKING DILUTION: 1:500 to 1:1,000 for Immunohistochemistry
