WORKING DILUTION: Ready to use for immunohistochemistry (recommended fixation conditions for cells: incubate in 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 10min, wash in PBS for 5 min, incubate in 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 min, wash in PBS for 5 min)
INCUBATION TIME: 1 hour at room temperature for immunohistochemistry
STORAGE: 2-8°C for immediate use, or at -20°C (aliquot)
