Antibodies, monoclonal | R | Rh D antigen, anti-

Format: Supernatant; Reactivity: human
Articlecode: 08-9433-1

Product:        Anti-Rh D antigen
Catalog #:        08 - 9433-1 Culture Supernatant
Amount:        0.5 ml Culture Supernatant

CLONE DETERMINATION: BRAD-3. It is produced by an EBV transformed B cell line derived from the peripheral blood of an immunized Rh D negative donor. This monoclonal anti-D reacts as an indirect
agglutinin with all Rh D positive red cells tested except those of the rare DVI or Ro
har types. By Flow Cytometry, FITC-BRAD-3 can be used to quantitate accurately the numbers of Rh D positive cells in a mixture of Rh D positive and negative cells, and thereby estimate the size of feto-maternal bleeds.
FORM: Liquid in 0.1m glycine and 1M Tris buffer, pH 7.0. Sterile filtered
No preservative.
IMMUNOGLOBULIN CLASS: Human IgG3
FORM: Culture supernatant, purified, FITC or PE- conjugate
ANTIGEN DISTRIBUTION: In human the Rh D antigen is expressed solely on the erythrocytes of Rh D positive individuals. 85% of Caucasians are Rh D positive.
STORAGE: 2-8°C
