Antibodies, monoclonal | R | Ryanodine Receptor, anti-

Format: Purified; Reactivity: human
Articlecode: 01--9209

Product:        Anti-Ryanodine Receptor
Catalog #:        01-9209
Amount:        25 µg

CATEGORY: Mouse monoclonal
CLONE: RYR.1
IMMUNOGEN: Short synthetic polypeptide which recognizes the C-terminus cytoplasmic domain of ryanodine receptor
ISOTYPE: Mouse IgG2b
FORM: Purified IgG in 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM NaCl, 0.01% NaN3, pH 7.5
CONCENTRATION: 0.5 mg/ml
SPECIFICITY: This antibody reacts with ryanodine receptor (a homotetramer with subunit molecular weight ca. 500 kDa) isolated from variety of cell types (e.g. skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, brain tissues, lymphocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, fibroblasts, epithelial and endothelial cells). Ryanodine receptors have been shown to play critical roles in the intracellular Ca2+ signaling occuring during cell activation in muscle cells and non-muscle cells.
APPLICATION: Immunoblotting
ELISA
Immunoprecipitation
Immunofluorescence
Flow cytometry
It can also be conjugated to enzymes, fluorochromes, biotin or agarose
CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE: This antibody is useful in the area of the neurosciences with particular application in aging studies and Alzheimer research.
CROSS-REACTIVITY: human, rabbit, pig, mouse and bovine cells/tissues.
STORAGE: 2-8°C for immediate use, or at -20°C (aliquot)
