TUMORS SPECIFICALLY
DETECTED: Neuronal and adrenal tumors such as pheochromocytomas, paragangliomas, neuroblastomas, ganglioneuroblastomas. Neuroendocrine tumors of epithelial origin: Pancreatic islet
cell carcinomas, bronchial and gastrointestinal carcinoids, medullary carcinoma of thyroid.
PRETREATMENT: In no case protease pretreatment.
WORKING DILUTION: Dilute further to 1:50 for immunohistochemistry
INCUBATION TIME: 1 hour at room temperature, extended with paraffin (overnight at 4°C)
STORAGE: 2-8°C for immediate use, or at -20°C (aliquot)
