Description
The polyclonal antibody reacts with T7 tag; the antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the T7 major capsid protein of the T7 phage. T7 is an epitope tag composed of an 11residue peptide, MASMTGGQQMG, derived from the T7 major capsid protein of the T7 phage.
Usage
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Purified Anti-T7 tag poly has been reported for use in immunoprecipitation, and immunoblotting (WB).
Applications Tested
Purified Anti-T7 tag poly has been tested by immunoblotting (WB). (1:400 starting dilution). It is recommended that this antibody be titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
