Description
VSV-g (E11) is provided as an affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody, raised against a peptide derived from the Vesicular Stomatitis viral glycoprotein. VSV-g is an epitope tag composed of an 11 residue peptide, YTDIEMNRLGK, derived from the Vesicular Stomatitis viral glycoprotein.
Usage
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Purified Anti-VSV-g tag poly has been reported for use in immunoprecipitation, and immunoblotting (WB).
Applications Tested
Purified Anti-VSV-g tag poly has been tested by immunoblotting (WB). (1:400 starting dilution). It is recommended that this antibody be titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
