POLYPEPTIDE REACTING: MR 53,325 (pI 4.95) intermediate filament protein (vimentin) of Xenopus laevis (epitope presumably located between amino acids 79 and 88 within rod domain).
CLINICAL APPLICATION/SPECIFICITY: Vimentin of amphibia and fish, predominantly found in glial and white blood cells
WORKING DILUTION: Ready to use for immunohistochemitry
INCUBATION TIME: 1 hour at room temperature, extended with paraffin (overnight at 4°C)
STORAGE: 2-8°C for immediate use, or at -20°C (aliquot)
