RECONSTITUTION: When reconstituted with 80µl H20 dist, a final solution volume of 100 µl will contain 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 6M urea, 0.1mM EDTA, 2mM DTT with a protein concentration of 1mg/ml (according to Bradford protein determination).
