EzWayTM PAG Protein Elution Kit is used for extraction and purification of protein from denatured polyacrylamide gel after SDS-PAGE. It uses a simple device that is composed of the masher bar and masher tube for homogenization, instead of conventional electro elution method, therefore, the interested protein can be recovered easily, rapidly and conveniently without any requirement of equipment system. Only table-top microcentrifuge is required.
