Charisela C-peptide ELISA Assay

!

Features rapid results and a simple protocol

The Charisela c-peptide assay offers significant advantages over currently available assays.  It features an incubation time of about 1 hour and a single wash step, as opposed to several hour incubation times and multiple wash steps for other technologies.  These advantages will mean that researchers will be able to obtain results rapidly and get more results per day.  For high concentration samples, the wide dynamic range of the assay will limit the need for dilutions.  In addition, the Charisela platform employs fewer components, and features single antibody analyte detection, giving Charisela assays distinct cost advantages.

The assay features:

  1. Samples ready for analysis in about 1 hour
  2. Simple protocol with 1 wash step
  3. Specific for human c-peptide
  4. Quantitation of high concentration c-peptide level without dilution
  5. Wide dynamic range

Kits contain only 5 components with 1x working solutions for your convenience.

Charisela Rapid, No Dilution Adiponectin ELISA Assay
