The Charisela Diference
The Charisela quantitative insulin assay is a bead-based fluorescent flow cytometry assay specifically designed to expedite islet research by replacing traditional ELISA assays. The assay features:
For human, primate, porcine and rodent insulins.Assay range: 1 mU/mL – 1,000 mU/mL
The assay features:
Kits contain only 5 components with 1x working solutions for your convenience.
Charisela adiponectin assay offers significant advantages over currently available assays. It features a unique dynamic range that allows adiponectin quantitation without the extensive dilutions required for other technologies. In addition, with an incubation time of about 1 hour and a single wash step, as opposed to several hour incubation times and multiple wash steps for other assays, it allows researchers to obtain results rapidly and get more results per day.
1. Samples ready for analysis in about 1 hour 2. Simple protocol with 1 wash step 3. Quantitation of adiponectin levels up to 24 µg/ml without dilution 4. Only 5 components with 1x working solutions for your convenience
Assay may also detect mouse adiponectin.Quantitation of adiponectin levels up to 24 ug/ml without dilution.
