Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant h4-1BBL (human 4-1BBLigand). Anti-Human 4-1BBL specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Reconstitution:
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.

Storage: Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
