Background:
activin A receptor type 1C(ACVR1C) Homo sapiens ACVR1C is a type I receptor for the TGFB (see MIM 190180) family of signaling molecules. Upon ligand binding, type I receptors phosphorylate cytoplasmic SMAD transcription factors, which then translocate to the nucleus and interact directly with DNA or in complex with other transcription factors (Bondestam et al., 2001 [PubMed 12063393]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008],
Alternative Names:
ACVR1C, ALK7, Activin receptor type-1C, Activin receptor type IC, ACTR-IC, Activin receptor-like kinase 7, ALK-7
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ACTR-1C. AA range:201-250
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
GeneID: ACVR1C
Storage: -20°C/1 year
