Background:
adenosine A2b receptor(ADORA2B) Homo sapiens This gene encodes an adenosine receptor that is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. This integral membrane protein stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in the presence of adenosine. This protein also interacts with netrin-1, which is involved in axon elongation. The gene is located near the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
Alternative Names:
ADORA2B, Adenosine receptor A2b
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ADORA2B. AA range:231-280
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 34
GeneID: ADORA2B
Storage: -20°C/1 year
