Type-2 angiotensin II receptor (AGTR2) is a receptor for angiotensin II. AGTR2 cooperates with MTUS1 to inhibit ERK2 activation and cell proliferation. AGTR2 is highly expressed in adult myometrium and fetal kidney and intestine.
