ANGPTL3 regulates angiogenesis and also directly regulates lipid, glucose, and energy metabolism.

Isotype: Mouse IgG1 kappa

Immunogen: Recombinant human ANGPTL3.

Reactivity: human

Specificity: Recognizes the fibrinogen-like domain (FLD) of human ANGPTL3. Detects a band of ~68kDa and a cleaved band of ~35kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with other ANGPTL family proteins.

Form: Purified, in 0.2um-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.

Applications:
ELISA: (direct or indirect: 1:1'000-1:5'000)
Western blot: (1:2'000-1:5'000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at rooom temperature).

Working Dilution: Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Concentration: 1mg/ml
