ANGPTL7 is expressed in various tissues and regulates angiogenesis. Human ANGPTL7 was characterized as a potent target gene of the WNT/ beta-catenin signaling pathway, and is a pharmacogenomics target in the fields of oncology and regenerative medicine.

Immunogen: Recombinant human full length ANGPTL7.

Reactivity: human

Specificity: Recognizes human ANGPTL7. Detects a band of ~45kDa by Western blot. Weakly cross-reacts with human ANGPTL7-CCD.

Form: Purified, in 0.2um-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.

Applications:
ELISA: (direct or indirect: 1:2'000-1:5'000)
Immunohistochemistry: (paraffin sections (1:100))
Western blot: (1:2'000-1:5'000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at rooom temperature).

Working Dilution: Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
