Background:
ANKRD6 recruits CKI-epsilon to the beta-catenin degradation complex that consists of AXN1 or AXN2 and GSK3-beta and allows efficient phosphorylation of beta-catenin, thereby inhibiting beta-catenin/Tcf signals (By similarity).
Other Names:
Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 6, Diversin, ANKRD6, KIAA0957
Target/Specificity:
This ANKRD6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 314-343 amino acids from the Central region of human ANKRD6.
Antigen Region:
314-343
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: ANKRD6
Gene ID: 22881
Primary Accession: Q9Y2G4
NCBI Accession: NP_001229738.1;NP_001229740.1;NP_001229742.1;NP_001229743.1;NP_055757.3
Other Accession: NP_055757.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
