Background:
Rho GTPase activating protein 5 negatively regulates RHO GTPases, a family which may mediate cytoskeleton changes by stimulating the hydrolysis of bound GTP. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Research Area: Cancer, Signal Transduction
Synonyms:
ARHGAP5, GFI2, RhoGAP5, p190-B, p190BRhoGAP
Immunogen: Recombinant fusion protein of human ARHGAP5 (NP_001164.2).
Swissprot: Q13017
Gene ID: 394
Calculated MW: 26 kDa/27 kDa/172 kDa
Observed MW: 185 kDa
Purification Method: Affinity purification
Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3
Concentration: 1 mg/mL
Dilution: "WB 1:500-1:2000 IHC 1:50-1:200 IF 1:50-1:200"
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
