Protein Function:
Involved in EGFR trafficking, acting as negative regulator of endocytic EGFR internalization at the plasma membrane. .

In the brain, broadly expressed in the amygdala, caudate nucleus, corpus callosum, hippocampus, hypothalamus, substantia nigra, subthalamic nucleus and thalamus. .
