Size: 50 µg
Isotype: Mouse IgG1 kappa light chain
Decription:
Mouse monoclonal antibody to human Blood Group B Affinity purified. The histo-blood group B antigen is defined by the carbohydrate structure at the non-reducing termini of oligosaccharide chains of glycoproteins and glycolipids. Carbohydrate chains are synthesized by the action of alpha -D-galactosyltransferase, which catalyzes the transfer of D-galactose monosaccharide to an acceptor substrate, the H antigen. The structure of the B antigen is : Gal (alpha 1-3)Gal(beta 1-3)GlcNAc-R-Fuc (alpha 1-2).
Synonyms: Blood Group B antigen
Clone: BGRL 1
Isotype: Mouse IgG1 kappa light chain
Immunogen: Blood group B erythrocytes
Reactivity: human
Form: Affinity purified, in 0.1 M glycine buffer, 1 M Tris buffer, pH 7.4, sterile filtered
Applications: Flow Cytometry, Indirect Immunofluorescence, Immunoblotting, Immunocytochemical techniques.
Working Dilution: Optimal dilution should be performed by user
Storage: 2-8C for immediate use, or at -20C (aliquot)
