Isotype: Mouse IgG1 kappa light chain
Decription:
Mouse monoclonal antibody to human Blood Group B PE conjugate. The histo-blood group B antigen is defined by the carbohydrate structure at the non-reducing termini of oligosaccharide chains of glycoproteins and glycolipids. Carbohydrate chains are synthesized by the action of alpha -D-galactosyltransferase, which catalyzes the transfer of D-galactose monosaccharide to an acceptor substrate, the H antigen. The structure of the B antigen is : Gal (alpha 1-3)Gal(beta 1-3)GlcNAc-R-Fuc (alpha 1-2).
Synonyms: Blood Group B antigen
Clone: BGRL 1
Isotype: Mouse IgG1 kappa light chain
Immunogen: Blood group B erythrocytes
Reactivity: human
Form: PE-conjugate, in PBS buffer, pH 7.2 containing 0.1% sodium azide, 1% BSA
Applications: Flow Cytometry, Indirect Immunofluorescence
Working Dilution: 2ul per test (may change from lot to lot)
Storage: 2-8C, do not freeze
