Use: Used to detect the concentration of bovine 70kDa heat shock protein 1B (HSPA1B) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In the microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-bovine 70kDa heat shock protein 1B (HSPA1B) antibody (solid phase antibody), add bovine 70kDa heat shock protein 1B (HSPA1B) calibrator and the sample to be tested, then add biotin-labeled antibody, after incubation and sufficient washing, add HRP-coupled avidin, after incubation and sufficient washing, remove the unbound components, and form a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme on the solid phase surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which eventually turns into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on the ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of bovine 70kDa heat shock protein 1B (HSPA1B) in the sample to be tested. By fitting the calibrator curve, the concentration of bovine 70kDa heat shock protein 1B (HSPA1B) in the sample can be calculated.
