Bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) detection kit

Use: Used to detect the concentration of bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: The kit uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Biotin-labeled bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) and purified anti-bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) antibodies are used to coat microplates. In a competitive inhibition reaction, a certain amount of solid-phase antibody and biotin-labeled bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) and non-labeled antigen (calibrator or specimen) are used to inhibit the competitive reaction. The binding amount of the antibody and biotin-labeled bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) is inhibited by the amount of non-labeled antigen. The more non-labeled antigen, the less binding of the antibody and biotin-labeled bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1), and vice versa. After the reaction is balanced, a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) is formed, and then enzyme-labeled avidin is added to form a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1)-enzyme label-avidin complex. After adding substrate for color development, the absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme marker. As the concentration of bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) increases, the OD value gradually decreases and shows a good linear relationship. This kit has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, good repeatability, simple operation, and rapidity. It has reliable detection performance for the reduction or increase of bovine acidic fibroblast growth factor (FGF1) in the sample.
