You are enquiring about Bovine IgG (Immunoglobulin G) ELISA Kit
Description:
This ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of bovine immunoglobulin G (IgG) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, and tissue homogenates.
Assay Principles: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with bovine IgG. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for bovine IgG. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of bovine IgG in samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Species reactivity:
Bovine
Sample Type: serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, and tissue homogenates
Storage instruction: -20˚C and 4˚C for 6 months
