Use: Used to detect the concentration of bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: The kit uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Biotin-labeled bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) and purified anti-bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) antibodies are used to coat microplates. In the competitive inhibition reaction, a certain amount of solid-phase antibodies and biotin-labeled bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) and non-labeled antigens (calibrators or specimens) inhibit the competitive reaction. The binding amount of the antibody and biotin-labeled bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) is inhibited by the amount of non-labeled antigen. The more non-labeled antigen, the less the antibody and biotin-labeled bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) bind, and vice versa. After the reaction is balanced, a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) is formed, and then enzyme-labeled avidin is added to form a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH)-enzyme label-avidin complex. After adding substrate for color development, the absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme reader. As the concentration of bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) increases, the OD value gradually decreases and shows a good linear relationship. This kit has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, good repeatability, simple operation and rapidity, and has reliable detection performance for the decrease or increase of bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) in samples.
