Description:
Bradykinin is released from kininogen by plasma kallikrein proteinase. Bradykinin has multiple physiological effects such as smooth muscle contraction, hypotension induction, natriuresis and diuresis,decrease in blood glucose level, inflammation mediator, and increase of vascular permeability.
