Brucella Agar

Brucella Agar is a highly nutritious medium specifically designed for the isolation, enrichment, and cultivation of Brucella and Campylobacter spp. Casein Digest Peptone, Peptic Digest of Animal Tissue, and Yeast Extract provide nitrogenous, carbon, and vitamin sources. Dextrose is the fermentable carbohydrate. Sodium Chloride maintains the osmotic equilibrium and Sodium Bisulfite is a reducing agent. Agar is the gelifying agent.
