Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the BTG/Tob family. This family has structurally related proteins that appear to have antiproliferative properties. This encoded protein can induce G1 arrest in the cell cycle.
Other Names:
Protein BTG4, BTG family member 4, Protein PC3b, BTG4, PC3B
Target/Specificity:
This BTG4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 142-169 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human BTG4.
Antigen Region:
142-169
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: BTG4
Gene ID: 54766
Primary Accession: Q9NY30
NCBI Accession: NP_060059.1
Other Accession: NP_060059.1
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
