Target Names:
c Fos
Conjugation: Unconjugated
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide from human cFos protein conjugated to blue carrier protein has been used as the antigen. The peptide is homologous in many other species including rat, mouse, hamster and cat.
Application Dilution: Use at a concentration of 2-5 µg/ml. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications. For WB tissue lysates prepared in the G1 lysing buffer is recommended (G1 lysing buffer is Ripa buffer containing 1% Triton-X100; 1% SDS and 1% SDC).
Gene ID: 2353
Gene Symbol: FOS
Uniprot ID: P01100
Purification: Whole serum
Formulation: Shipped as lyophilised. Reconstitute in 500 µl of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
Storage Instruction: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at-20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
