Background:
This gene encodes a chemokine receptor like protein, whichis predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein and most closelyrelated to CCR1. Chemokines and their receptors mediated signaltransduction are critical for the recruitment of effector immunecells to the site of inflammation. This gene is expressed at highlevels in primary neutrophils and primary monocytes, and is furtherupregulated on neutrophil activation and during monocyte tomacrophage differentiation. The function of this gene is unknown. This gene is mapped to the region where the chemokine receptor genecluster is located.
Other Names:
C-C chemokine receptor-like 2, Chemokine receptor CCR11, Chemokine receptor X, Putative MCP-1 chemokine receptor, CCRL2, CCR11, CCR6, CKRX, CRAM, HCR
Gene Name: CCRL2
Gene ID: 9034
Primary Accession: O00421
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
