CD11c (clone BU-15) PE, anti-human RUO

Introduction:
This antibody reacts with the X chain of the CD11c/CD18 integrin heterodimer expressed on monocytes and weakly on granulocytes. The antibody stains macrophages in most types of tissues. In flow cytometry the antibody labels a T-cell subset and weakly a B-cell subset.
