C-X-C chemokine receptor type 3 (CXCR-3, CD183) is a receptor for CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 that mediates the proliferation of human mesangial cells (HMC). CD183 isoform 2 is a receptor for CXCL4 that mediates the inhibitory activities of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 on the growth of human microvascular endothelial cells (HMVEC). Isoform 3 mediates the activity of CXCL11. Isoforms 1 and 2 are mainly expressed in heart, kidney, liver and skeletal muscle. Isoform 1 is also expressed in placenta.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 5 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
