Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for CD19 detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human;Mouse.
Protein Function:
Assembles with the antigen receptor of B-lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
Subcellular Localization: Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein.
Immunogen: E. coli-derived human CD19 recombinant protein (Position: P20-Y259).
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Storage: At -20˚C; for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C; for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
