LT20 is found on all human B cells and no other cell type.

This antigen is also found on 9% of normal peripheral blood

Reactivity: human

Specificity: Reacts with surface B cell antigen CD20 (MW 35 kDa). This Mab completely cross blocks the binding of monoclonal antibody Leu-16.

Form: Purified Ig, in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide

Applications: Suitable to enumerate human B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.
