Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for CD23 detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human;Rat.
Protein Function:
Low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and CR2/CD21. Has essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and in the differentiation of B-cells (it is a B-cell-specific antigen).
Subcellular Localization: Cell membrane; Also exists as a soluble excreted form, sCD23.
Immunogen: E. coli-derived human CD23 recombinant protein (Position: D48-R284).
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Storage: At -20˚C; for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C; for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
