Size: 50 µg
Isotype: Mouse IgG2b, kappa light chain
Decription:
Mouse monoclonal antibody to human Lu (Lutheran)/CD239 blood group antigen Affinity purified. The Lu antigens appear to be restricted to erythrocytes in peripheral blood, there being 1-4,000 molecules per erythrocyte. These glycoproteins may be developmentally regulated in the liver, and are present in kidney endothelium.
Synonyms: Lutheran blood group antigen, CD239
Clone: BRIC 221
Isotype: Mouse IgG2b, kappa light chain
Immunogen: Lu antigen was made in response to erythrocytes
Reactivity: human
Form: Affinity purified, in 0.1 M glycine buffer, 1 M Tris buffer, pH 7.4, sterile filtered
Applications: Flow Cytometry, Indirect Immunofluorescence, Immunoblotting, Immunocytochemical techniques.
Working Dilution: Optimal dilution should be performed by user
