Decription:
Recognizes a glycoprotein of 110kDa, identified as CD26. It is an atypical serine protease belonging to the prolyl oligopeptidase family. It is expressed on lymphocyte cells and is upregulated during T-cell activation. CD26 is also expressed on activated B cells and natural killer cells and abundantly on epithelia. CD26 is implicated in a variety of biological functions including T-cell activation, cell adhesion with extracellular matrix such as fibronectin or collagens, and in HIV infection.

Reactivity: human and rat. Does not react with pig and sheep. Others not-tested.
Form: Purified, in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.
Applications: Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells in 0.1ml)
Immunofluorescence (0.5-1ug/ml)
Immunohistology (Frozen Only) (0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT)
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
Reactivity: U-87 MG (Human glioblastoma astrocytoma), Ramos (Human Burkitt's lymphoma, HEP-G2 cells, and lymphocytes. Lymph nodes and tonsils.
Concentration: 0.2mg/ml
Storage: Can be stored at +4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
