Immunogen: Normal human thymocytes. Antigen distribution: CD3 is present on 70 % of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes and 60 % of thymocytes. This antigen is found on the majority of human T cells.

Specificity: Clone LT3 reacts with CD3 antigen (MW 26/20/16 kDa). Clone LT3 completely cross blocks the binding of MAb OKT3.

Form: Purified Ig, in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide

Applications: Suitable to enumerate T cells in peripheral blood and tissue.
