Background:
CD34 molecule(CD34) Homo sapiens The protein encoded by this gene may play a role in the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or to stromal cells. This single-pass membrane protein is highly glycosylated and phosphorylated by protein kinase C. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011],
Alternative Names:
CD34, Hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34, CD antigen CD34
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CD34. AA range:208-257
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 36
GeneID: CD34
Storage: -20°C/1 year
