Decription:
GITR is the receptor for TNFSF18. It is involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. Mediates NF-kappaB activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.

Immunogen: Recombinant mouse GITR.

Reactivity: mouse

Specificity: Recognizes mouse GITR. Detects a band of ~40kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with human GITR.

Form: Purified, in 0.2um-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.

Applications:
ELISA: (direct and indirect: 1:5'000-1:10'000)
Flow Cytometry: (1:1'000)
Western blot (excellent): (1:2'000-1:5'000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.).

Working Dilution: Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Concentration: 1mg/ml
