CD43 Monoclonal Antibody

Background:
CD43 is expressed in normal T lymphocytes, myelocytes and histiocytes, and in extramedullary myeloma / granulosarcoma. Most of T-cell lymphoma, low-differentiated B-cell lymphoma (30%), most of acute T-lymphocytic leukemia and some of acute B-lymphocytic leukemia can be labeled with CD43 antibodies.
