Immunogen: Normal human blood lymphocytes. Antigen distribution: LT1 is present on the majority of human T cells. This antigen is also found on the neoplastic cells in all cases of B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It is not present on normal B cells or on other cell populations.

Reactivity: human

Specificity: Reacts with CD5 antigen (MW 67kDa). This Mab completely cross blocks the binding of monoclonal antibodies Leu 1 and OKT 1.

Form: Purified Ig, in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide

Applications: Suitable for T cell enumeration and classify cases of lymphoma.

Working Dilution: Working dilution 1:5000
